90's Kids and the Kids Nowadays!
I don't have an audience in mind as a target but I'd like to bring myself to write this note because I think it is appropriate to see the difference between the kids of the Y2K generation and the generation before that.
While we see that technology has thankfully advanced enough to make sure that information that is passed is correct, the junta of this generation think that carrying the 'too cool for school' tag is the way to go!
I've seen days where there was no mobile phone, landline was the way to go for any communication. Nowadays, none of the kids talk below a smartphone as their first phone or letters as opposed to Facebook, Twitter and emails.
Using MS-DOS and WordPerfect were something I thought was cool back in 1994. Nowadays, they think that anything below an iPad is not cool.
Going to a small shop and Ravalgaon chocolate for a rupee was joy back in the 90s. Nowadays, going to malls and swiping cards rule the roost!
I've seen this myself, friends meant people who you can smile, share and trust yourself to be safe in company with.
All I have to say to this generation is, there is a lot more in life than trying to get to be what you want to. Roots are what need to be strong — the love for your parents.
Keep loving and smile always especially when in distress!
